About Mylove
Mylove is a depiction of love combining classical and modern imagery. Primarily made of 3D printed parts, the Jellyfish vibrates its arms to synthesize a singing voice. The human Figure plays instrumentals through a speaker while holding a custom circuit board that controls the piece.
The voice synthesis is carried out by a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm; breaking up audio into individual electrical frequencies that are fed into each of the Jellyfish’s arm motors.
